Canes of Fuendejalón

Ingredients (4 people)

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • Butter
  • For the filling:
  • 1/2 l. milk
  • 3 buds
  • 1 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • Powdered sugar

Preparation

Take a cane from the field, with which the hurdles were made for the construction and cut it into pieces of 6 or 8 centimetres long. Separately, make the dough with the white wine, the sugar, the oil and the flour until it gets a homogeneous and thick body. Next, wrap the pieces of cane with this dough and throw them into the pan with hot oil. After fried, the result will be very sweet and fluffy canes.
