Lamb steak with peach and wine 2

Ingredients (4 people)

  • 4 lamb steaks
  • 1 onion
  • 2dl red wine
  • 1 Calanda peach
  • 2dl of beef broth
  • 1/2 dl of virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • brandy

Preparation

Season the lamb steak with salt. Fry in a pan with very hot olive oil, having to be crispy on the outside and raw on the inside. Flambé them with the brandy and remove them in a separate dish. Remove the fat from the pan where you have fried the lamb steaks and add the red wine and the peach in strips. Let it reduce by adding a little broth of meat and keep on fire until it takes shape.
