Aragonesa Fry
Ingredients (4 people)
- 2 medium courgettes
- 2 onions
- 2 potatoes
- 2 slices of bacon jowl
- 2 green peppers
- Salt
- 1 ml. of oil
Preparation
Chop the onion and put it in a pan over high heat until it starts to brown. Lower the intensity of the heat and add the pepper, chopped in the same way. After a few minutes put the zucchini cut into small pieces and cover the pan.
Cut the potatoes and brown them in another pan. Add the bacon dewlap cut to the tacos.
Finally mix the two pans and serve on each plate with a drainer so that there is a very oily dish.
