Roasted lamb with potatoes poor style
Ingredients (4 people)
- 1.5 kg. of lamb
- 2 kg. of patatos
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 10 ml. Of olive oil
- 1/2 l. of water
- Salt
Preparation
After peeling and slicing the potatoes, place two rolled garlic in a baking dish, bay leaf, oil, salt and water. Previously seasoned with salt and oil, place the lamb over the potatoes.
Already prepared, take it to the oven for an hour and 35 minutes so that it gets gradually roasted, at a proper heat level. When done on one side, flip it over and you will get it equally golden on both sides.
