Enveloppez-les dans la farine et l&rsquo;\u0153uf battu et faites-les frire dans beaucoup d&rsquo;huile chaude. Une fois tout est frit, couvrez les pommes de terre avec le bouillon de poulet et de jambon, et avec une masse pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 base d&rsquo;ail et du persil.
