avec les peaux dans une casserole avec de l\u2019eau et sans sel. Lorsque celles-ci ont perdu la couleur, les d\u00e9chiqueter avec la morue sous la forme de boulettes de viande. Inclure dans cette p\u00e2te les quatre gousses d&rsquo;ail, le persil hach\u00e9 et les \u0153ufs sans battre. Fariner les boulettes et les faire frire.<\/p>\n<p>Fairecuire la farine dans une po\u00eale avec de l&rsquo;huile, puis ajouter les tomates hach\u00e9es, en les faisant sauter quelques minutes avant d&rsquo;incorporer les boulettes de viande. Couvrir le tout avec de l&rsquo;eau et laisser bouillir pendant dix minutes de plus.
